Nelson has been an IP practitioner for over nine years, and he is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento, and a JD from UC Davis School of Law. Nelson has prosecuted patents in various technologies for over 9 years and he enjoys working with inventors to evaluate, identify and protect their technologies for commercialization to the marketplace.
